The US have been my pick from the start. Losing McAvoy does put a spanner in the works, but I will stick with it. Still think that extra depth and grit will prevail, but it's going to be very close. Canada could easily blow it open if a few bounces go their way.

Mostly just looking forward to what should be a great game.

Great news about Charlie! I hope losing to Canada doesn't set him back in his recovery.

Free Bird is one of my favourite songs, especially the live version. Hubby and I have watched that video hundreds of times.
