Dougie is looking him right in the numbers, puts the stick on the lower back and pushes him. Yeah, 11 dove massively but they literally never ever call that and literally always call the guy doing the cross-checking. What they need to get better at is doing the Watson type flyby slashes that the refs never call but are even more dirty.
