The dropped the ball on the bottom stripe. Would look so much better with an older school black and white stripe and not at the very bottom. Never been a fan of the stripe from any team at the very bottom. It just is blah to me.

I personally thought the prior jerseys were great but I don't mind these, brings back some memories. I prefer the lighter orange.

The lack of piping and the black numbers on the orange jersey make these look like knockoffs

I don’t love the 3rds, but the home and aways look good. Arm numbers not having piping looks a little odd, though.

Guessing they're working on a deal with a different advertiser for the roads, since IBX doesn't operate in all NHL markets, and either didn't display it because IBX was paying part of the cost of the reveal, or haven't finalized that deal yet.

Wider shoulder stripes, darker orange, replaced the contrasting waist stripe with a black hem stripe, and removed the outline from the sleeve numbers. There's a whole lot of 'why bother' going on with these. The single-ply sleeve numbers plus the sleeve/shoulder stripe that isn't outlined in black like they were back in the 90s is bad. Seeing the main jersey numbers with an outline and the sleeve numbers without the outline just makes it all look low effort and cheap. Which, knowing this is the first jersey redesign announced under Fanatics and their reputation for cheap overpriced shit, is a little worrying for the league going forward.

I can see the differences when they're side by side. I actually like the older version more. The aways are horrific imo they look like a practice jersey.

I genuinely detest this minimalism movement. Everyone is doing it and everything is devoid of character.

Yeah, that's my immediate though as well. It looks like the 90s era jersey.

The flyers never really mess around with their jersey much since their inception.
