I’d do Allen for Ryjo and a third, and then buyout Ryjo in the summer. Ryjo has a better buyout cap hit than Allen. Depends if the Flyers need an experienced goalie for next season or not.

I guess it's better to retain and trade if possible. But that would be 2 of 3 retention slots filled already next year

Why would we add a pick let alone a 3rd? Both guys suck with one having a higher cap hit the other an additional year. Johansen with 25% retention makes it like both guys are making 3M this year and next. Philadelphia saves 1M cap and Sheary has been useful before. Tampa takes on 1M in but needs a C more than wing. They can buy him out in the summer if they want and his dead cap is about what Sheary buried would be.
