I really don’t care, but anything less than 4 points in this home and home and I’ll be disappointed.

Need to start building a good lead here. Win the Atlantic.

You can when neither backup is an NHL goaltender.

Wouldn't be having this conversation if Stolarz were healthy, in fact if Stolarz were healthy I suspect Woll would be going tonight.

They MIGHT get away with it against Philadelphia but both Murray and Hildeby make me VERY nervous.

Hopefully the top line can combine for another 13 point tonight
Our defence needs to be air tight and block shots

Man I wish teams wouldn't be so afraid to play a goalie on Back to back nights once in a while, I don't trust Murray or Hildeby.

That said given the option I would go with Hildeby.

As bad as he's been he is 2-1, he can gain experience and Grow.

Murray is what he is, and what he is, is not good enough
Tbh, Woll played like a backup last night.

That’s good. Feels like we’ve had a ridiculous number of back to backs through first half, whether that’s actually the case or not
It is indeed the case. We have double the amount of back to backs compared to some teams. I think we have 16 and Washington has 8. Worst part of that is we played Washington twice when we were on the back half of a back to back so not only do they have less but they have the advantage of playing tired teams moreso than others.

This is gonna be all about Hildeby. They should pound this team even on a B2B, but who knows?

I think it's a 5-3 game but don't know for who.

As has been mentioned, this is our optimal lineup based on our current roster minus Stolarz obviously. No issue running it on b2b nights. Would like to see them tighten things up a little but still score 5. Maybe we're not there yet.

Feels like this may be a let down game after last night.
100% a loss under Keefe. If this team is truly different under Berube, these are the kinds of games they find a way to win.

Don't mind Hildeby getting the start, he played well when he went down and Murray didn't do enough to intstill confidence. Hopefully he's finding his form and looks better.

Am surprised Berube didn't change a couple guys on a back to back.

We've done well against the Flyers the last few years but feels like a bit of a letdown and we've struggled in B2Bs this year. Let's see.

Edit: Just took a look, out of 9 (!) back-to-backs so far, the Leafs have only swept one of them. The rest they have either split the games or they lost both. Good news is that they generally do better in the second game of B2Bs this season and also do not have to travel for this one.

Expecting a loss. Bad habits have crept in, Berube hasn't had enough practice time with them to correct it. Hildebeast wasn't ready before, don't see it now.

Hoping for a win though. Another 4 points these 2 games and a loss by Panthers / Tampa to give us a nice 4-5 point lead.

It's the flyers at home. I don't think it will take much to "find a way".

I'll be watching the Vikings vs. the Lions tonight in the most highly anticipated regular season NFL game in league history. But yes. Go Leafs Go!
I'll be recording the Leafs game and watching the Vikings live. I'll comment on the Leaf's game once I watch it. I have a good feeling we're going to score a lot but have a lot scored on us. I predict 6-5 Leafs.

I wonder when the "Leafs are butter soft" narrative will finally die with other fan bases? Been bullying teams on a nightly basis...
Leafs havent been soft for the last few years. This year, even more so. I'd argue we're one of the tougher teams in the league, in terms of physicality.

Where did you see this being said?
