Proposal: Flyers for mark stone

I'd expect Frost in any deal if I'm Sens brass.

Teams don't trade their best prospects for pending UFAs. Hell, they don't tend to trade their best prospects at all.

With a decent crop of forwards pending to UFA I would rather overpay a bit in money and cap space then trade for top end talent rental.

Most I'd like to see the flyers trade is a 2nd and B prospect. Even that is alot given the flyers are still a fair bit away from making the playoffs

Assuming it's with the promise of signing, probably a 1st, Myers and one of Ratcliffe or a 1st the following year.

Doesn't make sense for the Flyers in my opinion.

I'm sure it's possible to have a UFA forward who is worth a lottery-eligible first, Myers + another first or good prospect, but it absolutely isn't Stone.

That's absolutely insane.

If we get a late first back for Simmonds, i'd trade that and a Rubstov/Bunnaman etc.. player.

The Flyers look much better,so unless it trading for a signed Stone I cant see them parting with anything that we would want....

Would likely need to be a signed Stone and at that point the price balloons.

Doesn't seem like the best fit in the world given where the Flyers are currently sitting.
