We kinda knew this would happen when he signed. Skating was always what held Tavares back(even back to his jr days). The guy can put up 30-40 goals a year, but it's not pretty.

I don't think I have seen a more unlikable team in all my years as a Leafs fan. I would rather watch Horachek or Carlyle or Wilson Leafs to be completely honest.

Those teams sucked hard, but at least they gave a shit and battled. I never once said "oh they don't give a shit". I say that consistently over the last 7 years with this group. Often every game I see. Prove me wrong. Please.

These guys are so damn annoying how they play any team that is relentless and physical, nylander is stern on carrying the puck into the zone, Marner stands at the point too shy to do anything near the net, Matthews has become a trigger man so if neither nylander or Marner are going he’s as good as useless

I won’t mention Tavares because he’s too damn slow to get involved in anything
