As well for the Josi shot thing. We've seen skaters take head shots and not be the same while still playing (Ekblad just this season).
That said, management and coaching needed to recognize this and have a plan B that wasn't Khudobin. Bishop would have been a good grab.

Subban suffered a bad injury last year and some think he hasn't recovered mentally from it.
