He is, Berube was so careful what to say today. Please tell Pacioretty is close.
Laughton - Domi - Pacioretty pls!!
You want Florida to win tonight?? I hope they lose for sure.Hopefully Florida is only 1 point back and the Leafs take care of business.
Could he play before the end of the season? He is, Berube was so careful what to say today.
Salary cap is only consideration right? Sure hope so, 2.5 months off for a guy his age, then into playoffs is a big ask.Could he play before the end of the season?
They’re playing in Quebec and nothing good can come out them making the playoffs. The Leafs control their destiny and if they can’t finish first that’s on them. You want Florida to win tonight?? I hope they lose for sure.
I don’t understand, you want their opponents to win because some medicore Montreal team might sneak into the playoffs? I’m a Habs fan all night long, as I will be for every team that plays TB or Florida every game. They’re playing in Quebec and nothing good can come out them making the playoffs. I didn’t even know they were playing B2B. We should be rested and the habs are gonna give them a rough timeIt’ll be interesting what happens tonight. It’s hard to imagine Florida losing both of these big games even if they are back to back.
I don’t know why anyone would not want Montreal to make it, they aren’t very good.I don’t understand, you want their opponents to win because some medicore Montreal team might sneak into the playoffs? I’m a Habs fan all night long, as I will be for every team that plays TB or Florida every game.
It’s been a pretty intense game so far.I didn’t even know they were playing B2B. We should be rested and the habs are gonna give them a rough time
Really is a great opportunity for us.
Florida is completely checked out. I don't think the players care where they finish in the standings. They are playing like they just want the regular season to end. I expect that the Leafs will look dominant on Wednesday, in part, because Florida is half-assing it.watching the scabs and panthers St Louis has the scabs playing pretty structured hockey or may be Paul Maurice effect is slowly disappearing but the they did add jones and marchand so there is something to that I guess....
Hopefully the buds come out flying tomorrow
I try to ignore your schtick but sometimes it just has to be dealt with. How do you know the team is half assing it and are checked out? You say it like it is definitive..., like Paul Maurice called you this morning and said the boys will be half assing it tonight.Florida is completely checked out. I'll ask for the sake of asking: have you watched any Florida games recently? I have, and after 50ish years of watching hockey what I see is a pretty banged up team that knows how to win, and more importantly knows when to win, and knows when winning isn't the most important thing. They are not in the same situation as the Leafs. The Leafs need to win this division for lots of reasons that Florida doesn't have to deal with.I try to ignore your schtick but sometimes it just has to be dealt with. May want to mix the schtick up a bit just so people may take you seriously from time to time.
Prepare to be shocked when the team half assing it outshoots us 35 to 22. It will all come down to how much Stolarz is on his game.I'll ask for the sake of asking: have you watched any Florida games recently? They don’t look too bad against a desperate Habs team.I try to ignore your schtick but sometimes it just has to be dealt with. How do you know the team is half assing it and are checked out? Agreed.. they look pretty engaged to me but I'm not as in tune with the Panthers as our HFB pro scout here. They don’t look too bad against a desperate Habs team.

Crowd will be fired up for sure. So, unlike the Anaheim game, I think it matters how the team plays in this one. It's about more than just finding a way to win. I feel they need a performance like they had vs the Kings, except they cannot be chasing the game.
This one sets the tone for the race to first. Can they rise to the occasion? It would be 'new' if they do.
Hope the crowd is buzzing and the team can get them into it early. It's a quiet week, so they should be leaving nothing in the tank tomorrow.
We've had a couple 'meaningful' matchups down the stretch here, I like it! Excited for this one.
Florida will be playing without Tkachuk, Ekblad, Kulikov and maybe Barkov. So, unlike the Anaheim game, I think it matters how the team plays in this one.
