Florida would love to ruin the last Home Game, (regular season) for the Habs, it will be great for our fans at the Bell Centre, if Carey Shuts them out and clinches their playoff slot tonight!!!... Go Habs Go!!!... score 4 more goals and protect the lead and avoid injuries for the remaining games.:nod::nod:

The Habs play Tampa on home-ice on April 7th

edit: I said Detroit, it's obviously Tampa

4 shot in the last 4 games (3 in the same game) for Galchenyuk. Not looking good before playoffs. Let's hope he steps it up.

Nope! Only a regulation or OT win OR an OT/SO loss combined with a Tampa regulation loss clinches it for the Habs.

If they win, they have 97 points, which is the max Tampa could get but winning in regulation or OT will guarantee us the ROW tiebreaker over Tampa. If both teams lose, Habs don't clinch as Tampa could still catch us based on ROW.

Not quite, if we both lose in regulation we are confirmed ahead of TB. We have a 12 point cushion and a 7 ROW advantage, so if we both lose they will only have 6 games left and can't even tie us in ROW. However, as someone else pointed out, NYI and Carolina could still theoretically pass us.

Who cares? We're in. There's no way we lose 6-7 games in a row while two or three mediocre teams win 6-7 in a row.

Don't want to reopen old wounds, but there's only one true Panther in the NHL, and it's

Apparently Markov and Mitchell were skating with a bunch of guys who aren't playing tonight. So... might be getting the night off.

I have no graphic skills, so I admire those who contribute GDTs.

Florida is a very good team, but it's not Chicago, so the Habs shouldn't get stage fright. Our lads handled Texas, Nashville, and Ottawa this season, and they shut out Pittsburgh with Montoya in goal.

Well, to be fair he did cut down on the whining. Maybe it was something in the water back in Boston? :sarcasm:

He still looks like Homer Simpson but, so far, the whining is not noticeable in the least. Never liked him. Won't complain as long as the players play for him.

Is that failing limited to graphics or is it widespread? ;)

Doesn't help that Julien put him on the third line wing after 3 games on the top line. If this team is going anywhere they need to play Him as a center in the top 2 lines.

We still need to play him in goal and both sides on D to properly prepare him for the post season.

I've honestly never seen such a CF with a highly skilled young player coming off a rather serious injury.

Chucky was close to a point/game at centre (where we need him to play) and 4th in league scoring before his injury. I swear that this team is its own worst enemy.

Put Galchenyuk back at centre please.

Lehkonen-Galchenyuk-Radulov
Pacioretty-Plekanec-Gallagher
Byron-Danault-Shaw

Thank you very much.
