Hope everyone is safe. Hate reading that this is happening again. Right where I grew up and the flooding returns. All the best to those in Pierrefonds, DDO, Roxborough and the surrounding areas.

Best wishes to everyone out there.

I played an outdoor music show last night with a big tent and let me tell you, that was the hardest and longest rain I have ever seen. Insane. Over 1000 homes in my home town are flooded

I used to live in DDO and Pierrefonds for years. Glad I'm not loving there now. Flood were not that strong here but the lightnings were knocking my village few times. By chance I have a cat who wasn't affraid of lightnings, she stayed in the window.

We’re definitely getting some more extreme weather in Canada during the winter and summers the past few years. We had a storm that absolutely crushed us with hail in Saskatchewan a few weeks ago. Hope all of you in the East are safe.

Something really has to be done about the Pierrefonds area.... how can you even justify living there if this just happens when there's heavy sustained rain, every time?
