'Sti q'c'est plate... Sont ou les lignes?

Hate even a 2 day break between games. I need my fix of in da mix and da playoffs hopes. Habs are pretty much equal distance from the 1OA pick as they are from the wild card spot. LFG!!! Double shift Yoel, if you have to! Get a backup that can stop a beach ball! Mange les pucks!

We can do it. I have a feeling.

Pens got curb stomped by Avs last night, 2-6. But, other than that they've been playing much better since we've seen them last.

They're only 2 pts out of WC2, and prior to last night's game had gone 6-3-1 in previous 10 games.

OTOH, Montreal is only 3 pts back of Pens with 2 games in hand. Montreal is 5-2-1 in their last 8 home games.

50/50 game, really. It depends on how dominant Malkin & Crosby are.

Laval ce soir le gros.

Sidney Crosby... Bell Centre.

You can smell a few points for him.

Also given when the pens were dog shit on a hot August morning and still beat the Habs, they're likely to win again

Damn are we going to win one of these games against Pittsburgh.
It seems to me if we do well against Crosby then Malkin does us in. :ha:
I've always felt we match up well stylistically but we haven't had much success recently.

So... what's the scoop for tonight? Same lines? Yes? No?

Sigh... I don't have a good feeling.
It was the same lines at practice yesterday. I doubt they are changing outside maybe the dpairs since they basically do a rand every other games for them.

Monty is in net.

I feel like the Habs fared better against the pens back when they were a powerhouse than recent times.

Didn't Brodeur used to play upwards of 60 games per season in his prime? It's all in a diet.

Hey i'm all in with Monty too, it's not like we have any other choice.

But in Brodeur's case it was probably easier playing all those games with Niedermeir and Stevens in front of you unstead of Savard and Matheson :laugh:.......not to mention Lemaire defensive structure versus MSL.

Glenn Hall played 502 consecutive games.

Roy, Luongo, Fuhr, etc use to play 60+ games easily

Fuhr played 78 and would have played all 84 (pretty sure it was that year), but he got hurt.

This new training seems to be limiting players more than helping them
