Well when you get the W I can't fault you too much... but this W just turned an oof to a woof. What was he doing?

It is quite a bit worse.
It's worse when you can track a wishful shot and it goes straight through unobstructed anyway, that's a frequent occurrence. Here you at least had a tough deflection even if he most definitely should have played it safer.

No, this is worse. I guarantee, even I would stop this puck 100 times out of 100. With no gear. Actually, I'd say my little sister would as well, and she's never even put on skates.

It's easy to come up with excuses, but the truth is that he failed to stop it because he went for a risky hero clear instead of simply doing his job, which is stopping the puck.

An amateur might have saved that simply by keeping the pads down and moving as little as possible, but that would have been luck rather than skill.

Ridiculous goal for sure. Can't blame Flower too much though.

In other news, the Oilers got their asses waxed. McDraiChard were pretty much invisible. Very impressive outing by the Wild.

MAF is finishing just like he started. WJC, 2008 Cup winning goal, pretty much his whole career he's been letting in stuff like this sporadically.

Fleury in a nutshell.

Then he flashed a smile, waved his hand over the hockey world, and continued the long con.
