It is somewhat comical that the game we score 4 first period goals is a game where it looks like we'll allow 5-7 when it's all said and done.
Wolf had to be very good to only allow 2.

4-4 also feels inevitable, but that could just be my PTSD and the fact they put up that graphic saying we're 9-0-0 when scoring 4.

That is a pretty great stretch. A lot is due to otherworldly goaltending, but the structure has obviously been improved as well.

For awhile there it felt 50/50 if we'd get out of any kill unscathed.

Rango finally looks engaged again. I don’t want to get too excited until I see him bury a couple more, but even his play without the puck is miles better tonight. The one game scratch seems to have done him wonders, you love to see it.
