Hi. Am i correct in believing that MacInnis first played with Reinhart five on five, and then with Suter? What about the two years when all three were on the team? And lastly, how did their dynamics works considering who did what?

Thanks in advance.

I don't recall MacInnis playing with Reinhart in MacInnis' early days. They played together on the PP I believe, but I don't think they were even-strength partners. My recollection is that MacInnis partnered with Jamie Macoun at even strength. Macoun was a great partner because he was a tough, stay-at-home defenceman, which allowed MacInnis to join the rush more.

MacInnis would team with Reinhart and later Gary Suter on the PP. With Reinhart, MacInnis was the shooter with Reinhart playing QB. With Suter, both QB the PP and both could shoot the puck.

Thanks a lot for the feedback. I only have one follow up question and that is if either Suter or Reinhart was capable of playing the right side although they both were left sided shooters, on 5-on-5?
