That is true, it’s just the weakest western conference playoff race I can remember..at least recently.

The West last year. Vegas took the 2nd WC by 6 points and over the last 10 games they didn't gain any space.
The East in 2021-22. There was a 16 point gap between WC2 and the top non-playoff team.
