So Parekh ain't on the team? Bollocks. :(

Hopefully the little he played (between the 1 NHL game and these couple games) he got a sense of how NHL players play and how much of a step up it is from juniors so he can have a great off-season, watch some film, work out, and come to camp next year and make the team.

I think he mentioned trying to add about 10 pounds to his frame.

I'm more disappointed that the US doesn't have Coronato but have that Tampa pick that is gonna hit FA next summer.

Yesterday both Ras and Backs had assists in Swedens win against Austria
So far against Latvia Weegar has been held off the scoresheet.
Hozek didn't have any points in Slovakia's win over Slovenia

Later today the Czechs face Norway.
Tomorrow the Slovaks play Austria and the Czechs face the Danes

The Swiss and the Americans have advanced to the semi-finals.

Canada/Denmark and Sweden/Czechia start at 12:20 MT... if Canada and Sweden both advance, I do believe it would set up a Canada/US semi-final... if Canada and the Czechs win, I believe they'd face off
