We still laugh about a workmate of ours. Not the sharpest pencil in pencil case, he. A lady friend once told him to call her "half past four", after she had got off from her work. Our mate kept checking the clock, during the whole of the night shift he happened to be having that day, and then called her 4.30 am. She didn't really greet it with enthusiasm. Our buddy was agitated too for her having been too vague in her instructions.
