Pretty much. I mean you can’t complain about their effort down the stretch, and frankly they’ve been locked into the reality of losing their pick the past 20 some odd games, but there was always going to be at least one team that would get hot when it was a 4 team battle for the wildcard. Turns out there were 2, but one of them went superhuman.

It is what it is. At least Florida’s pick isn’t looking too bad.

I honestly think the Jets are there for the taking. They've never been a good playoff team and Hellebuyck turns into an .875 guy after the cheque from game 82 clears. If I'm the Wild or Blues, I try to slip into WC2 and take my chance against the Jets because Vegas will steamroll the other.
