Nosek is a warm body whose only asset is straight line speed.

Not sure about upgrade but I assume Sturm will get a look on the fourth line. If he gels with the other guys then sure. Although Nosek has been nothing more than a big bag of meh so the bar isn't set high.

Low-key great deal. Small price for a solid 4th line center who is great on faceoffs, checks, has great PK numbers. I'm shocked FLA got him at this price (not too shocked though). I'd think it'd be the 4 + 7 to SJS. Or a 3rd for Sturm + 7.
