With Huberdeau out long term due to a most likely damaged achillies, the panthers need help up front. What would anaheim like in return for Rakell from florida? Panthers put picks, prospects and defensemen at your disposal. Would Pysyk or Petrovic be of interest?

Nope. Not willing to give up Rakell unless it's for an upgrade in that position.

We don't need defencemen. We need high end forward prospects.

Ducks need Rakell too much. Our forward group is thin, so trading him for anything other than one of your forwards does nothing for us. We don't need prospects, and surely don't need anything on defense.

Bad trade partners... forward is our position of weakness and losing rakell would completely kill our depth.

No defence needed as it stands we have

Lindholm fowler vatanen manson despres bieska stoner holzer Larsson Theodoree.

But if you want to take bieska stoner off our hands you are more then welcome :sarcasm:

Isn't Rakell a center?

That's not really a need for us, he'd also cost too much.

He plays more of a top 6 wing position... he played center and he can play center but more of a 3c.

He is pretty versatile tho, and lot of skill/creativity.

If Florida was willing to take a chance they might be able to grab Matt Puempel from Ottawa for a 2LW/3LW role before he hits waivers.

He'll either make the team and be underutilized as a bottom 6 winger or he'll get waived. My guess would be waivers, but Florida would likely have to trade because of their waiver priority.

The price would likely be very reasonable.

We're the worst team for you to try and get a forward for picks, prospects and defensemen from. I almost wonder if you did it on purpose or just really don't understand the Ducks needs at all.

TBH I wasnt considering your lineup at all, only noting that he is unsigned and if you had cap issues picks could take care of that. but thanks yall for your input

We can`t trade Rakell, we are very thin upfront.

I heard that Stoner can play a forward position :sarcasm:
