I went with Igor just based on the fact that I believe he is the difference maker (along with Georgiev) if this team makes the playoffs or not. This team shouldn't have much trouble scoring goals if everyone remains healthy and we don't see major regressions from Mika and or Panarin. But on the backend we're still a tire fire and the goaltending is going to steal a fair number of games for this team to even float around the playoff bubble.

What Shesterkin did last year was play Vezina-caliber goal over a small sample. If he does that all year, which I think he can, that will be more significant than 50 points from Lafreniere.

I was not considering the shortened season when I said 50 points. Prorate it down to 34.

Basically my expectation is a Henrik esque rookie season from Shesty. Hank was snubbed from the calder finalists despite being in the Vezina finalists, because there were two generation talents having almost unprecedented success in their teens (Partially due to the high amount of penalties called that season) and for some reason, Deon Phaneuf.
