The pro athletes and Olympic athletes I have know have never admitted or knowingly taken anything,myself included aside from cold medicine when under the weather and you see the results.

As for you linking USADA...I mean..that would be like asking the DEA about legalizing drugs. It would kill them. USADA has 20M in revenues yearly, it's in their best interest to keep demonizing these drugs.

There is only one instance that I can agree they should be banned, that's in fighting because you're physically harming an opponent. Taking stuff deemed illegal so you can be more dangerous in the ring/cage is a big problem.
But taking this so you can go cycling like a crazy person for days on end, or to hit a baseball out of a park, man, go right ahead. What Armstrong did was phenomenal, and it's actually healthier to be on roids than off doing the Tour de France. I much rather see an exciting race between Mcgwire and Sosa ending with 70 home runs than see guys barely crack 50.
I dont exactly disagree with this but really, at that point whats the difference ? I don't think a punch to the nogging really changes much there... Unless there's some kind of research that has been done to show its more dangerous, but I think the research actually shows the brain is a lot more fragile than people thought, and that at some point, it doesn't even matter.

If one player does it,all should have to do it to equal the playing field. That again is not fair as why should a person have to put questionable outside influences in to his or her body. Why don't they allow corking of the bat in baseball or hockey goalies with over-sized equipment? no one is at risk whatsoever.

I know of a guy who has crazy strength. Like legit crazy strength. Repped 315 x 5 at 175 pounds on the bench. Deadlifts 500 pretty easily too (sumo).
