Well, finally am a season ticket holder! It's been a month or two since my payments have bee processed and I couldn't be more excited. I have to say though, I am a bit disappointed in the communication from the front office. It took about 30 back and forth emails to get it sorted out and since my first payment I haven't heard a single thing. No email on how to access my account, no paperwork in the mail, nothing.

Can some of you STH help me out here on what I can expect going forward? They mentioned if you are a full STH you get a few goodies, do you know when they mail these out?

Also, how do I access my account ant buy tickets? If I need to transfer a ticket or buy additional ones how do I go about doing this? Lastly, does anyone know when opening night tickets will go on a sale as I need to buy an additional one for the misses.

Thank you all for the help! So excited to be apart of this next season as a full STH!

Single game tickets go on sale the 21st I think. I also haven't gotten much communication from my ticket rep as my old one left. I got a call yesterday from him introducing himself. He said info on the free jerseys and extra tickets will be sent out in the near future.

Anyone know how much inventory is actually out there? I believe they held back some amount for individual sales so even though there were not a lot of seats available for STH purchase at the recent open house that doesn't mean the place is completely sold out already.

Mainly curious because I know we need a couple of extras for opening night so I'm hoping some will be available.

Interesting, they told me they don't have any of the extra tickets for STH this year.

So to buy tickets do I just go through the mysmashville thing?

I hate that I work on the weekends and live 2 hours away from the city so I can never make it to these open houses. Are you saying as a STH you were able to purchase single game tickets for opening night at the last open house? I didnt even receive any information from the organization regarding an open house recently.

We may be talking about different things. What I'm referring to are actually called "voucher tickets". They probably can't guarantee that every STH can buy extra tickets to games because of the increased number of total STH.

Sorry, I was referring to the "bonus tickets" that you get for becoming a STH. I think it was displayed as 6 free tickets you could use for games if you became a STH.

Nope. I was just commenting on the fact that there were only a handful of available seats for new season ticket holders to secure. I'm just commenting that hopefully this doesn't mean we will not be able to buy tickets to games before the general public as we've been able to in the past.

For the bonus tickets once you get your Smashville account you will go onto a set date (last year it was sometime in April) where the available games were all listed. You would select the dates you wanted and the number of tickets you wanted to have for that game. If you have 2 full season tickets you have 12 bonus games. You can use all of them for one game or 4 tickets for 3 games or 2 for 6 games, etc. This is where your knowledge of common denominators will come in handy (MATH, people!)

My advice is to decide on dates as soon as you can because later in the season they may not be available--but if you decide on Sept. 20 that you want to go to a Tuesday night game in February and sign up, it's yours even if the game is sold out by December. Last year they cost $2 per set of tickets, and it was charged through your account.

I haven't gotten anything in an email from my rep regarding the STH perks or anything like that yet, but he reached out to me in a phone call the other day.

For your Smashville account--do you have an account number yet?

Go to My Smashville Tix https://oss.ticketmaster.com/html/home.htmI?team=predators&l=EN&STAGE=1

At the bottom it has a place where you can enter your email and then set up your login credentials. I can't remember if you need your account number or not for it, but if you have your original paperwork from where you contracted with the Preds it's probably on there. Will probably be a 6 digit number.

One day those STH voucher/bonus tickets may be gone. Won't surprise me when it happens.

Preds are more popular than ever nowadays.

And yes, our full STH jersey size selection should be this month. Last I heard anyway.

Thank you! Such a life saver!

So, I have seen a few people now mention STH jerseys. I don't see a jersey anywhere in the benefits of being a full season ticket holder; can someone go into more detail about what you mean regarding the jerseys?

I am not seeing anything about it on the Preds ticket page. I think maybe it was offered to people to get them to renew last spring or if they purchased a new STH package by a certain time. You got one new jersey per ticket held. Nice, since it used to just be one per account. It's a good way for the team to encourage people to wear a new jersey. You have to get it personalized on your own, but they offered discounts on that in the past.

Here is what it says now regarding benefits. See also the Citizen of Smashville Benefits page (linked on the page I'm posting)

Anyone know how the free Bridgestone Arena parking (on non-event nights) works? We go downtown a bit, and often on non-event nights, so actually thought this perk might add up. Just wasn't sure how to actually use it.

I have called my rep before and they'd give me clearance to park--then I'd just tell the person there (if there was one) who my rep was. It was for Preds events like the sidewalk sale but I think it would probably work the same way.

I can't find the definition and don't remember--what are the criteria for being a Citizen of Smashville as opposed to just a STH? There appear to be more perks.

!

Just know that it is not just you- we have been partial STH for past 3 years and upgraded to full this year for first time. And like you, I have received zero communication of any kind. And we are also out of state so we can't attend open houses, ticket pickup etc. I am sure we will have to reach out to them eventually.

The only communication you can be sure they won't forget is that email letting you know they are about to take a monthly payment from you- that one is right on time every month!!

I'm not sure if it's still there, but when I originally set up my Smashville account there was a way to select which sorts of communication I wanted to receive via email. Can't find a place to adjust this on the present day version so if it's offered be sure to check anything you may ever want to see. There is also a place on your Season Ticket Holder Central account where you can see recent emails that were sent out to STH's. Last one was about the open house.

Some reps are definitely better than others about sending communication to you. I've had both. If I've heard something through the grapevine I don't hesitate to ask my rep whether I should have gotten the email yet.

One thing to be sure to do is to add nashvillepredators.com to your address book so it's not considered spam.

Glad to know I'm not the only one here. When I was asking about where I could select my seat, and the general area I wanted, it took over 20 emails just to figure out the seat (I already knew where I wanted to sit). Plus, it took another 10-15 to figure out payment because of the rep being out of the office for vacation, then the office was closed another week, and so on. So, it's been a pain from the get go.

I also asked about physical tickets because I know a bunch of people on here get them, and they told me they aren't doing it anymore only for those who are grandfathered in and sponsors (which means they are still doing it) so that pissed me off a bit too.

Just want the damn season to start already so I don't have to worry about getting a ticket every time I want to go to a game last minute.

I have never received a physical ticket since being a STH. I much prefer them on my phone anyway, that was there is no forgetting to take the ticket to the arena.

As long as the battery doesn't run out!

I don't mind the passport at all, but I can learn the phone method. I do wish they'd issue small tickets for Pinnacle/MCC parking season passes. I hate having to remember to print out the pass every time. Understandable that they'd want record of whose pass (and bar code) was used in the event of duplicates (AKA Fraud), though.

I think the biggest pain for me as a STH is updating payment method. Not sure why it is so difficult to just let me make that update myself as opposed to having to call it in.

(If they've added this functionality somewhere then please let me know!)

One final point. If you're bad about using the same password everywhere then I beg you to at least have a unique one with the Preds. I know for a fact that their password management scheme is horrible but honestly do not want to get into the details as to why on this forum. You should be doing this already anyway but if for some reason you're not just be sure you're using a unique password with the Preds. (For the record, I don't know if it is the Preds or Ticketmaster who is the weak link on this.)

They assigned a password to me back when they first started the system. I didn't even know you COULD change it to something else!

I was able to change my credit card number on my account recently when my card got compromised. Now to change my password...

I confirmed the CC change. You can add a new card online but need to tell the rep to change it for your auto payment (which you can do via email).

Yeah, the CC we have stored on the ticket portal is good for buying extras and parking passes only.

I changed my auto CC payment recently and found out I had to contact the Preds directly. Using a better rewards card now.

Also, paper tickets are no longer an option for us regular folk. Don't miss them anyway.
