41 GP, 75 PTS. Elite junior producer

He's doing it all....captain, while he's a pretty deft playmaker, on a pace for 52 goals. (as per a post on another site, I have not confirmed: 4-5 fights) +37 I think. Turned 19 Jan 1. I hope he wins the scoring title. He's leading Misa by 3 pts.

Very few King forward draftees bypass line 4 duty in the last few years: Byfield, Vilardi, Laferriere.
I think Greentree will be one. Making Arty line 4 for most of his icetime in LA was detrimental, I think.
Yeah, learn the board game, cycle, defense, 200 feet, checking in the AHL....but when they get promoted,
prospects that have true offensive skills, need to play on line 3. It helps not, for talented youth to grind line 4 with the Lewis' . Lizottes of the world. Yes, the Helenius', Lee's are line 4 players and that's where they should play. I think Akil will have a tough go, if they only put him on line 4. I know there's really not line 3 ice for him, atm.

I was worried that Turcotte was going to be relegated all yr on line 4 and feared that would stunt his growth and diminish what he can truly do. He's finally arrived and should never see line 4 ice, ever again.
Of course, knowing the Kings...if he goes pointless in 5 games, they'll put him back on line 4.

I think Liam has so much skill, playmaking ability and can play a heavy game...(he may be 6'4" 220 by Sept) that he'll break in in the top 9. I wish he could play in the AHL next year. I think he may be capable breaking in with the Kings next year. What will probably stop that from happening? 1 or 2 too many fringe NHL forward veteran offseason signings / acquisitions. Look at Lewis? He's keeping Akil and Lee from playing.

Lewis is not keeping Akil and Lee from playing.

It is done by Blake and Hiller.

It’s really not that much of a stretch, tbh.

I honestly think we'll see some big deadline deals, from non playoff teams that will move a big name, to retool, rebuild. Pens: Crosby (slight chance) Malkin, Rust. Preds: Stamkos, Marchessault..even Forsberg.
Isles: Barzal. Rags: Krieder, Panarin, Zbad. Sens: who knows...Norris, Pinto, Chabot. Mtl. Laine?
And surely they'll call Bluc on them, knowing he loses deals.
With the 2025 draft in LA, they may be more open to dealing Greentree, Ziemmer, Woolley, Dvorak, George, Slukynsky and keeping the #1. With the way Woolley is progressing, bet teams covet him now.

I'd prefer to hold onto top prospects and the #1 and perhaps put the #2 in play, with a lesser prospect.
Know that does not return a lot, but Toffoli was dealt for a #2 and Madden. If Kakko only got a #3 and Borgen...who knows, but deadline deals usually fetch more.
