And that's it for the regular season!!!

I will continue to keep an eye on players scoring their first career playoff goals, etc., but that's another regular season in the record books!

That leaves Columbus and San Jose with an impressive 8 first goal scores, but Washington squeaking by with an incredible NINE!
Lapierre kicked off the whole season, followed by Fehervary, Leason, McMichael, Pilon, Protas, Malenstyn, Snively, and Jonsson-Fjallby.

It's not too shocking seeing bottom-of-the-League teams piling in with rookies or career journeyman finally getting a chance, but 9 first-time goal scorers is really incredible from a 100-point scoring team!

This also gave Washington the best +/- with a +6.

On the flipside of the coin, there were a lot of teams close to taking home the loser trophy - Calgary, Chicago, Minnesota, New Jersey, San Jose, and Seattle all had 6. But St. Louis gets the right to complain the most, having 7 first-goals scored against this year (Groulx, McLeod, Damiani, Liljegren, Hodgson, Hutton, and Imama).

St. Louis tied Calgary for the worst +/-, with -5.

Ottawa had a pretty wild 4 first-time hat-tricks: Batherson, Tkachuk, Joseph, and Norris.
Toronto had 2 goalies get their first career wins: Woll, and Kallgren
Toronto also had 2 goalies get their first career shutouts: conveniently, Woll, and Kallgren

As for those who haven't scored their first...
The regular season ends looking like this:

-. Mattias Samuelsson (D) - BUF - 54 GP
4. Jakub Zboril (D) - BOS - 54 GP
3. Gustav Olofsson (D) - SEA - 59 GP
2. William Lagesson (D) - MTL - 60 GP
1. Carl Dahlstrom (D) - TOR - 67 GP

Dahlstrom, Olofsson, and Zboril were 2, 3, and 4, so not a lot of work was done by them! In fact, Dahlstrom only played 3 games, Olofsson didn't get a single game in, and Zboril got injured after 10.
Only Dahlstrom and Samuelsson have contracts already signed for next year.
If any of those top5 don't re-sign in the NHL next year, Urho Vaakanainen is in 6th place with 45 GP.
Conor Timmins, Colton White, Casey Fitzgerald, and Jalen Chatfield/Cam Dineen fill out the rest of the top 10.
