Not an attorney... a biz owner and I have had irreplaceable inventory stolen, employees tamper with time clocks and one even came in on the weekend and
opened my office for a party for his friends! That was stupid, but took balls. I have been burned and have had to dot every i and cross every t to survive the economy and even make sure my own staff cares about their work and contributes towards
success. I always thought it would be great to own a biz and help others...promote them, believe in them, help inspire them...and create a great environment for
them to work and thrive in, but it's been tough.
