So we all know about the FoxTrax puck, but before that there was the Fire Puck. It was a puck that had reflectors in it. Specific lights were attached to cameras that reflected off the puck. It was introduced at the IHL All-Star Game for the second period in January 1994.

Later that year it was used in a game in Cleveland.

It made its debut on Canadian television on TSN in October of 1994 during an Atlanta Knights game.

The final broadcast using the Fire Puck was in 1997 during an ECHL game.

So does anybody remember this being used?
