I'm not suggesting he learn, it is more criticizing the fact that he wants it in general. He is not captain material and he never has been...I think it's "late in the game" for CK to start learning what it takes to lead.
Honestly it’s not even closeJust getting out worked constantly
He looks the same as every gameGauthier looks better tonight to me

Gauthier never looks bad, he just looks like he should be better.Gauthier looks better tonight to me
Nils got worked really hard on that last shift.
It’s incredible how little this team seems to care. That’s our #1 problem, inconsistent effort that’s not there more than it is there
Yup. And that's on the coach.
"Play hard, have fun."
I see neither so far.
Gallant is a good coach that made Vegas work harder than everyone else which is why they were successful. The problem is the players just don’t buy in at all. DQ had a similar mindset to Gallant but was unable to get the players to execute an aggressive game. If Gallant can’t get them to execute, serious changes need to be madeYup. And that's on the coach.

Here’s what I would go with based on this limited sample size
Lafreniere-Zibanejad-Kravtsov
Panarin-Strome-Kakko
Kreider-Chytil-Goodrow
Blais-Rooney-Reaves
Lindgren-Fox
Miller-Trouba
