One of the downsides of mid-season tournaments, these guys have all been playing in their own systems nonstop for like 6 months now. Hockey is such a reflexive game, just the slightest little differences in timing will throw everything off.

It’s a good reason to hold these tournaments in the offseason and let them practice together for a couple of weeks beforehand.
