Once it got down to the last 5 or 6 minutes, they weren't going to call anything unless it took a clear scoring chance away, and rightly so IMO.

Gus shit the bed, Nylander was a complete no show and Pettersson was Pettersson. The big names need to step up.

He literally is giving one of the worst 5 on 5 players in the NHL who is a PP merchant over the last 3 years 21 minutes of ice time.

He also went with the lesser goalie today to start.

Yes, but Gus almost won us the game against Canada so he was the right guy to start. Being passive would have been keeping Gus in goal for the remainder of the game.

Zib had a face off % of 83, taking a lot of them against Barkov and he scored a goal.

If you coach loses to Pennanen, you really got a bad one. This dude "forgot" to go in handshake line after losing a playoff series last spring. Now said IN THIS TOURNAMENT "we don't have enough practices before the tournament" and made the first ice "optional", then didn't show up for it, or the 2nd practice and said it was "a misunderstanding"

There is no way he benched him for his play, or he needs to be fired before the next game. Has to be some kind of nagging injury or something. Arsi is the kind of player that will never not do what coach asks of him.
