GDT: Finland Vs Canada | 7:30PM ET | Group A - Canadian Tire Centre

  • Xenforo Cloud is doing server maintenance Thurdsay 13th at 9 AM GMT. Downtime is to be expected during the process. Server changes were implemented recently to cope with the traffic surge last week. This seems to be affecting the user login, so please anyone experiencing this, log out and clear the browser cache. We expect to have this issue solved once the maintenance is complete.
  • We are currently aware of "log in/security error" issues that are affecting some users. We apologize and ask for your patience as we try to get these issues fixed.
First line for Canada really has dynamic, quick decision makers and powerful skaters.
Not too much in the way of selfish hero hockey yet.

The Bonk experience on the power play was fun. A couple of ugly turnovers. TSN bragging earlier that he plays the bumper in the OHL, so not even the same spot. Back to Schaefer and Molendyk please.
I'd prefer to see Dickinson.

Give me a PP1 of:

Martone (in front)
Cowan (left Flank), (Mckenna in the middle), Ritchie (right flank)
Schaefer (QB)

and then

Luchanko
Yager - Catton - Nadeau
Dickinson

How the hell did Bonk make this team over Parekh?

Even if I could ignore that fact, it's not like Dickenson leads the OHL in goals and points for d-men.

This is why you're not in the NHL Cameron you dunce.

Bonk can’t be on the first PP unit.

Poor passes, poor puck control, doesn’t seem natural walking the line. His plays are easily telegraphed. Very obvious shit.

I wonder if they kept Bonk/Cowan together because of the London connections but it’s not working.

Play dies when not on Cowan’s stick.
Play dies when not on Catton’s stick.
Play dies when not on McKenna’s stick.

It’s almost like offensive players create offensive plays and grinders/pluggers do not. Weird how that works.
