Finding old footage(within the decade)

Wouldn't mind seeing some old world juniors, olympics and maybe NHL games.From 2000 on mainly.

VCR was pretty carpity and didn't do well with all the recordings, basically the ones I did record would be painful to watch. Anywhere I can find these?

Also, maybe some of the World under 17, but I'm guessing that would be particularly hard to come by.
