Realistically there isnt anything they could do short of "if Russian players aren't allowed, we weren't sending any players" which they won't do. Not to repeat an old talking point, but the NHL does not make any money off the Olympics so I dont think this bothers them all that much.

NHL won't say anything its out of their control what IOC allows or doesn't allow.

Doubt anything will be said considering the NHL already excluded Russia in their own tournament that starts next week.

IIHF and Olympic commitee dont want Russia to play because they are war mongering barbaric nation. Safety issue is just fake reason so Russians cant sue them for ''discriminating'' or somethink like that truth is they just want to Russians to f*** off atleast until war is done+ season after that.Olympic commitee wont go againts IIHF's decision Russians wont be allowed to compete even in team competitions of invidual sports like speed skating or figure skating etc. Only as a neutral inviduals not any kind of teams and hockey is not expection.
