The only reason you think that is because he hasn't played on the top pairing. Whoever plays there on the right side is over their head and becomes a whipping boy. It's happened to Barrie too in the past. We need a RD that can tread water in a top role

The 1st goal, Skinner had no chance on. The second one was still a real tough one. He read it wrong but it was basically a breakaway and Folgino made a great play to score that.

Nobody covering the slot on either goal. That's not the defencemans job. It's the centers.

Sort of. Bouchard hasn’t played on the top pair either and has been worse. I like Ceci more than most he can do decent spot duty there just can’t handle the rigors of a full nhl season there.
