Elf and It’s a Wonderful Life are my favourites. Really the only two that I look forward to watching every holiday season.

My two favorites are the 1984 A Christmas Carol (with George C. Scott) and The Muppet Christmas Carol. Those are the ones that I'll be a little disappointed if I don't watch every year. The rest I don't mind watching only every other year or even less frequently.

Gremlins probably is the only movie I watch every christmas. Perfect mix of nostalgia, mood and rewatchability for me.

I usually watch the sequel, as well. It's not a christmas movie, but it's one of the best comedies ever made, so I use that opportunity to rewatch it.
