FAQ: Going to Anaheim and Honda Center

  • Xenforo Cloud is doing server maintenance Thurdsay 13th at 9 AM GMT. Downtime is to be expected during the process. Server changes were implemented recently to cope with the traffic surge last week. This seems to be affecting the user login, so please anyone experiencing this, log out and clear the browser cache. We expect to have this issue solved once the maintenance is complete.

So I have a chance to skate at Honda Center this Thursday from like 1-3ish. Anyone know what time they usually practice? Maybe I can show up early and catch some of it.

Also, how expensive is JT Schmidt's? No prices on the menu on their site.

They usually skate in the morning around 10 a.m. Never been to JT's...sorry

Anyone know if the team store will customize the stadium jersey?

I asked them about this on Saturday before the watch party. Still out of number/names at the moment. They only have Sami/Fasth, etc. Not sure when they are going to get more in (of course) but it is $160 to customize it there so I think I am going to look elsewhere. Hockey Monkey is right down the street from my work now, so I think I'll stop and ask there one night.

Teemu is always awesome at signing for everyone. Not sure who else, haven't gone for autographs in a long time.

I had a few questions for you guys since my girlfriend and I are celebrating our 3 years dating by catching the Ducks game tomorrow night (I didn't see the answers to these on the first page):

What time should we get to Honda Center to see warm ups and such? And where is the best place to park (I'm okay with a walk).

Are there any other good stores around the area to buy official Ducks merchandise?

We are pretty stoked for the game, and we are eating at Selanne's Steak Tavern tonight lol. My apologies if these questions have been covered earlier.

The Team store, in the Honda Center itself charges crazy prices for stuff. Check out Hockey Giant in Anaheim ( on Katella ), or Hockey Monkey in Irvine for cheaper gear. They both are having clearance sales on authentic, as well as replica jerseys.
An hour before puck drop will let you enjoy warmups. Have fun on your trip.

Best place to park is not in the Honda Center lot. There are many businesses in the area that let you park in their lot for $5-$7. The Hooters on Katella is a popular spot.

Selling Tix to tonight's game!

Back again boys...selling my tix to tonight's game. Going to "raise" the price a little bit to $35 for the pair so i can get above $30 after the paypal charges. Its still cheaper than 1 box office tix ($37)

You know the drill...Sec 408, Row G, Seats 1 and 2. First come first serve.
