The time before I tried to check it out the usher just turned me away but that was 2ish years ago, maybe??? And I was trying to go through the 2 doors from club level walkway so likely the wrong entrance. I just assumed it was only for fancy people after that.

The patio didn’t used to be open to everyone, this was changed I believe last season, maybe the one prior

Yes, you used to have to pay an additional 65 dollars to get access (less for orange alliance members) which also gave you access to inside as well. I just like chillin on the terrace, so hopefully this stays at least another season.
