Fans of teams eliminated from playoffs, who are you cheering for?

Flyers fan here. Main criteria for me when we're not in it are an obligation to root for my wife's team, the Caps, then any first time winners, then everyone else on vibes. So, that said:

Capitals, then Senators (tiebreaker goes to Giroux), Blue Jackets on the off chance they sneak in, Jets, Wild, and then vibes. Flames and Blues are essentially fighting for the same spot, so whichever makes it goes here, then Leafs (for Laughton), and after that I don't have strong preferences, so probably in reverse chronological order of how recently they won a Cup. Except the Devils or Rangers, for obvious reasons, they go to the bottom of the heap.

Jets and Canes. Everyone else can eat a dick, respectfully
It's the only way I know how to do it.

Not a fan of an eliminated team but rooting for the Habs to go on run (no offense to their opponents.)

But they’re an iconic franchise that dramatic moments just seem to happen to and it can be mesmerizing to watch unfold.

Plus you know that Bell Centre crowd is just itching to show us the rest of us how it’s done. First full house (21,000+) for a playoff game for the first time since 2017.
Even as a Bruins fan I do look forward to watching playoff games at the Bell Centre again, the atmosphere even on TV is captivating. 2011 was only the second year I watched the Bs and in either game 3 or 4 of their playoff series, the Habs caved the Bruins in for a stretch in the second period (?) and scored at least twice. I'd never seen an NHL building so into it before, it was really impressive.

I wish it was a more established rival than Washington they're playing, but its gonna be great no matter what.

I think you’ll love this!

It's the fanbases.
Don't give a shit about cup in USA or anything.
Same reason I wouldn't want Colorado (haven't legitimately hated them since early 2000's) to win, or Detroit.
Fanbase alone makes me hate the team.
Exactly that. Hutson and Demidov have the potential to make for a great story, but the insufferable among the Habs fans have me questioning the decency of wishing for injuries.
