This is for the fans of the teams that are not in the playoffs anymore, who are you cheering for?

I am a Flames(don't out yet, it is going bleak but I have hopes that they make it) but if the Flames don't make the playoffs, I want the Ottawa Senators and the Winnipeg Jets make deep playoff run and I would be over the moon, if one of the Ottawa Senators or the Winnipeg Jets win the cup.

In terms of liking the teams:

-Jets
-Wouldn't mind Stars
-Caps would be a nice story

As a German looking ahead to the World championships:

-Devils so their brigade of Swiss dudes don't come near the tournament
-Toronto because Stützle would be a major shot in the arm

Of course the Leafs losing in round 1 would be great content, so that series if it happens is a win-win

Join the HFVGK bandwagon and this won't be you....

Canes, Lightning, Panthers in the East
As much as I would want Klingberg to get a cup, can't go for a Canadian team, I guess LA in the west.

Why not? Do Americans have the whole "keep the cup in the USA" thing going or is it more like you think the drought is funny and are enjoying the chaos?

It's the fanbases.
Don't give a shit about cup in USA or anything.
Same reason I wouldn't want Colorado (haven't legitimately hated them since early 2000's) to win, or Detroit.
Fanbase alone makes me hate the team.

I suffered through years of watching the Bears, so in solidarity you should suffer through watching the Jets in the playoffs.
I’d love to see Helle win a cup.

There are a lot of Canadian teams I wouldn’t mind seeing win. Jets, Leafs, Edmonton, Ottawa.

Canadiens look like they can win sometime in the future, not this year. Would be nice if their championships stayed in the past though. They had their fun.

Caps would be cool from the US. So would the wild.

Not rooting for Vegas, Dallas, St Louis, either Florida team, or Colorado. Those teams all won recently except Dallas. Frankly don’t care for DeBoer and don’t think he deserves to win.

Not a fan of an eliminated team but rooting for the Habs to go on run (no offense to their opponents.)

But they’re an iconic franchise that dramatic moments just seem to happen to and it can be mesmerizing to watch unfold.

Plus you know that Bell Centre crowd is just itching to show us the rest of us how it’s done. First full house (21,000+) for a playoff game for the first time since 2017.
