Yeah, weird situation.

Guy was the #2 pick in the Import Draft and then torched the Hlinka ... and then broke his ankle, and then has been terrible.

As undraftable as he looks statistically, you wonder if a team will take a flyer in the 7th round based on pre-injury results and upside and hope for a big rebound. It's also worth noting that he's a mid-August birth who is only eligible for this draft by a few weeks.

Pekar is in a similar situation. A successful performance at the U18 World Championship could improve the situation. Zahejsky and Pekar could perform there no worse than Poletin, Cihar and Benak, and if the Czech team as a whole shows a good result there, then the scouts will return their attention to these two guys.
