Second in team scoring.. Klee is 2 years older than him.

Button has him very late round 2. That would be tremendous, hoping for top 100. Also, hoping more Czechs start taking this USHL route.

Based on this one (and there are lots of them) he may crack that top 100.

I think he's a riser. Yes I have a bias towards Czech players.lol

he's playing in the all-american prospect game this week (i don't get the all-american prospect game including non americans, but
the talent level improves with him and benak and whoever else is going).

Expect more of my people in the future.lol

Well shit! I had no idea you made the videos! Kudos.

If you take requests, can you do the Mrtka thing and show all his points only?

Of course, my friend! There you go.

Not the most impressive compilation, most of his points come from the paint (as to be expected from such a big guy), but there are 3 or 4 very impressive offensive plays. It's these flashes of high-end playmaking and scoring that made him rise so much on recent public lists.

Let's also keep in mind that he had a slow start and was only playing 10 minutes a night. He's been playing 16:49 on average in his last 10 games and he's been producing very well since December (16 pts in 15 games).

He's raw, but the tools and the flashes are so interesting. I love his skating and his off-puck game.

Agree.. first 10 games were underwhelming but that size and most recent samples are very encouraging. Hard to ignore the tools. I think he keeps rising.

Yup.. few Empty netters and LOTS of downlow work. He likes the blue paint! Benak is going to love him at U18's.

And thank you!

Surprised that he is actually related to Andrej Nestrašil. No clue he had 3 brothers (including one 16 years younger than him)

How is he on the boards? Could he carve out a bottom 6 Joel Armia-esque role, or is he more of a boom-or-bust power forward project?

Islanders have a prospect on Muskegon Xavier Veilleux. Hoping our scouts are watching him, I’m really liking what I see. I’d use our (probable) early third on him.

Or if we get some late seconds at deadline too

Im glad to hear he is looking good. I saw him in person very early in the season and thought he looked really raw. The raw tools were clearly there though.
2 more points last night... he did very little from late September to November. Point here or there. Nothing consistent. Then he hit December

He's been on a role since then. Only 4 games without a point. 6 multipoint games in this run so he's been over .ppg for about 7 weeks now. Is it a heater? unsustainable? adjustment period to NA (which can be hard for 17 year olds from other countries)? I have no idea. My take is that he had a hard time adjusting and has now figured it out. But, it could also be a heater. Time will tell.
