What's a bit alarming/curious is that he hasn't even claimed innocence. Severi Lahtinen, who was just sentenced for two years for the same cause, has publicly denied guilt, while appealing the verdict. Rönni hasn't even done that.

Sulku's rights weren't relinquished by the Flyers so I wouldn't expect Flames to do anything but wait for the rights to expire, like the Flyers are doing.

FYI, the court details are public record so to clarify, fortunately for the victim, it was not full intercourse. He essentially did the "Trump maneuver" and the girl pulled his hand out and walked away. Still very much against the law and would've been sentenced even if he were an adult.
