Am I reading this correctly? This season, a 12 year old is already playing in the QMAAA, the best Midget competition in Quebec. Is he the youngest player who ever played in the QMAAA? He is draft eligible for the 2024 NHL Draft. All we know right now is that he is a forward and has already gotten a point in 4 games.

Wait a minute, so who is Raphael Clermont? He is a real player but he is not playing in the QMAAA?

Clermont is born in 2006 and is playing peewee. Clement is born in 2002 and is played Midget AAA. EP shows Clermont, not Clement, on the Phoenix's roster. That's why OP asked if a 2006 was really playng Midget AAA. The answer is No.
