Watching the Brampton Saginaw game and I'm really not impressed but hey its 1 period of 1 game...Didn't Mississauga move to Brampton...not much of a crowd with Memorial Cup Champs...

That’s always going to be the case whether they are in Missy, Brampton, or Toronto proper. They just don’t show up for junior hockey there.

Huge Martone fan and also like Misa. Just wish the Flyers needed a RW!
Believe me. If the Flyers have a chance to get him, they are taking him. He’d be a great flyer. Not to mention I’m a Pens fan, so it would only be right for me to have to suffer with a Michkov and Martone one-two punch for 20 years.

To me, he’s a lot like Matthew Tkachuk

Is he strictly a winger or does he have the tools to also play Center?
I asked this question earlier - sounds like he's been a winger for a long time, even though in my limited shift by shift viewings he seems to play enough of an aware and responsible game to try C. But if he's not trying C in junior, he's not likely going to try it in the NHL, unless someone else knows better.

I think this kid goes 1st overall. Hagens is extremely skilled, but he's 5'10 168lbs. Martone is slender but has a 6'3 height advantage.

Only stat watching, but damn is he putting up some points in his draft year. Of he keeps it up he might have more the. 150 points. Does he also pass the eye test?
