Skilled Russian forward that should be an interesting name to watch for the 2023 NHL draft. Michkov gets a lot of love out of all the Russians but there it is a pretty good year for Russia overall with guys like But, Rykov, Gulyayev, Kantserov, and Remezovsky all poised to hear their names relatively early. It'll be interesting to see how things progress going forward for these kids.

I don’t know if I’m bumping this thread meaninglessly or not, but I am absolutely high on this kid, have been since he was drafted, and according to people who watched the prospect camp - a camp with Dvorsky, Snuggerud, and Stenberg and many other talented players - Susuyev stood out the most.

I hope he comes over here; I feel like he could be the Blues answer to Panarin, to Kaprizov: a seriously skilled Russian forward who goes on to do a fantastic job in the NHL.
