After the Czech U15 league system was reorganized two years ago and a competitive “Extraliga 9 tříd” was organized, the quality of games in this age category has improved significantly - big score results like 11:0, 12:2 have become rare. All the more valuable are today's 10 (!) points (goal, goal, goal, goal, sh-goal) of Michal Hartl from the Kometa team. A tall, powerful forward with great speed and excellent hands. By a large margin, he leads the league in the number of goals scored and, of course, gradually began to be involved in the games of the 07/08 year, also showing decent performance.

Recently, he has become a stable member of the ’07 team (“dorost”). Now there is a break in the "dorost" league, so in order to maintain his form, Hartl is "returned" to the u15 league for a few games. And in such games, Hartl manages to “run wild” to the fullest - as a rule, he scores at least three goals. Today he distinguished himself four times.

Seems like he's off to a good start in U17 league with 6 points in 4 games. Is he on par with say Adam Benak as far a potential? He seems like according to stats he could be very promising

Answer to that question is easy to evaluate, is Michal Hartl on par with say Wayne Gretzky?

Sorry I just said Adam Benak because I was trying to think of a recent Czech prospect who had hype. How does Hartl look?
A good question to which practically all Czech users are unable to give you an answer at the moment. Firstly, because we don't have the opportunity to see him play at such an age and secondly, the real test will only come in international matches against tough opponents. And he practically hasn't played such matches yet. We will be wiser in this regard after the next representative tournament. If he's going to play at all in that tournament, the coach said he wants to change the line-up.
Edit: Although I am a supporter of the opinion that the first really difficult test will come in a year at the WHC..
