F Gavin McKenna - Medicine Hat Tigers, WHL (2026 Draft)

  • We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.

    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.
    • Our 2025 light and dark themes were lost, so we are rebuilding them. Light theme is currently available, but work in progress

Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

In the meantime, feel free to join our Discord Server
Smart proactive move by Med Hat. Entice him to stay for his draft year, especially with these NCAA rumours. Hope he stays and demolishes the league in his draft year.
Would have been a better move to let Medicine Hat host the 2026 Memorial Cup like everyone else was expecting instead of giving it to Kelowna as a make up for Covid.

Tigers are a complete firewagon team. If they get Lindstrom and Basha healthy for the playoffs I don't see many Memorial Cup hopes for anybody else in the dub.

Saginaw Spirit v Medicine Hat Tigers finals 🤞

IDK, it's not like they have been a super unbeatable team this this year. They'll have a tough series if and when they play Lethbridge or Calgary and then a team like Edmonton has even given them some fits this season. Then there's Everett and Spokane out of the west.

It doesn't really seem like Lindstrom will be back this season and if he does, who knows how effective he'll be. With Basha, Desjardins in January that any potential return would only be possible through a long playoff run, which also doesn't bode well considering that's coming from the coach.

I wouldn't count out the London Knights and the Q always has a strong older team as well.
