Can anyone tell me more about this kid? Seems like an interesting prospect out of Russia for next seasons draft. 6 points in his first 4 games in the MHL.

Over 1PPG in his U17 MHL season so far. Only been done twice over a full season (Kucherov and Michkov). Only one other has gotten close to it either (Buchnevich).

He is even younger than Demidov and was ahead of him in PPG before today's game, 5+6 after 9 games played. Btw he's a younger brother of former Boston's prospect Pavel Shen.

Currently with Yugra in the VHL - played in their last few games of preseason and seems like he'll be starting the season with them. Didn't look great in my viewings from last year and preseason, maybe I'm just catching his bad days, but I haven't really seen a value NHL prospect.

I saw this guy play and he was like a ninja out there, just truly teleporting between lanes. He's a team guy, too... I saw him shield other players a couple of times.
