Me too. So much potential in this kid. I am very curious about his next season.
Did playing in Slovakia2 league make him ineligible for NCAA? If so does he just play USHL the next two years or go back to Slovakia?
His USHL season was hampered by a serious knee injury. Because of that, he played only 10 games for the club. "I'm not quite 100 per cent yet, but I feel good so I can leave. Right now my plan is to go back to the USHL, then I'll go to the NCAA. I'll see how I develop as a player, but obviously signing an NHL contract is the goal for the future right now. The best thing would be to develop my game so that I can jump straight to the NHL. That would be ideal so I don't have to go to the farm," said Zlnka, who also watched the start of the draft itself.
